In this Hyper Island UX/UI project we where challenged
by one of Sweden's largest telecom companies within broadband.
This industry is suffering from price competition as well as difficulties
in product differentiation and a high rate of dissatisfied customers.


Our brief was to gain insights about the Bredbandsbolagets customers,
and suggest a better UI flow for purchasing broadband. A lot of friction points where detected which we met with suggestions for solution.


My part in the project was focused on the research, UX and strategy.
My skills in fast sketching came to good use expressing the user moods.
